You are able to view all applications using the Customer Portal by completing the following steps:

Navigate to the Applications listing by clicking on 'Applications' in the right-hand side of the page

The Application listing page will be displayed

Note: By default the system will display the 'All Applications' view list which will in turn display all your applications which are in

  • draft


  • Re-Opened
  • On-Hold
  • Submitted
  • in Review
  • in Assessment
  • Awaiting Decision


  • Decision advised (which means they will be an approved permit -in the 'permits' tab- or a 'rejection letter' sent via email)


  • Withdrawn

You can change the list view by clicking on the down arrow next to the name of the view



There is also application 'search bar' functionality which can assist you in finding your applications

The 'search' bar function will search the following columns via any word or number 

  • Application ID
  • Primary Contact
  • Application Title


  • Status 

Note: the 'search bar' will not search the following columns

  • Date Created
  • Date Submitted
  • Estimated Decision Date

The above columns can be filtered by clicking on the column heading and searching 'newer to older' dates

 or 'older to newer' dates

The 'District Name' and 'Phone Number' are not searchable but will auto filter with the correct information once the other columns are searched or filtered via the available options
