If you forget your password, then complete the following steps:
The forgot password page is displayed
Enter you email address and click 'Send'
You will be advised to check your email so that you can reset your password:
Go to your mailbox and open the email
Click on the 'Reset Password' link
You will be taken to the Reset Password page
Create a new password and click 'Reset'
The system will confirm that your password has been reset. You can now log into the system with your new password
From the login page click on 'Forgot your password'
