The Customer Portal can be accessed through your web browser by typing in the following website address:
https://rcp.tmr.qld.gov.au/
The Customer Portal web address can be stored as a 'favourite' through your internet browser
This will reduce time spent either entering the address or cutting and pasting the address every time you require access to portal
The location of your 'favourites' may differ depending on the internet browser you are using and the version of the browser
Once you have entered the address the Customer Portal Home page will be displayed
The main part of the page provides general information about the customer portal
On the top right-hand side of the page you have two options:
- Register
- Sign in
These options are also available in the main part of the page.
