Before an application can be created and / or submitted, the customer must register to the Customer Portal
The following steps describe how a customer can register on the portal
Click on 'Register' on the top right-hand side of the page
The 'User Registration' page is displayed
The following table defines the fields that can be completed on this page:
Field | Description |
Title | Your title e.g. Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr |
First Name | Your first name |
Last Name | Your surname |
Your email address Note: that this will be the username used to login to the customer portal | |
Mobile Number | Your mobile number |
Alternative Phone | An alternative phone that can be used to contact you e.g. a landline number |

Organisation Type | Select the type of your organisation Note: If you are not part of an organisation, then select 'Individual' The options are:

Organisation Name | Enter the organisation name Note: If 'Individual' has been selected for the 'Organisation Type' then enter the name of the individual |
Main Phone | Enter the main phone number for the organisation |
Fax | Enter the fax number of the organisation |
Mailing Address | Enter the mailing address |
Australian Business Number | Enter the Australian Business Number (if applicable) |
Australian Company Number | Enter your Australian Company Number (if applicable) |
Business Size | Select the size of your organisation as indicated by the number of employees. Note: If you are an individual, then leave this field blank The options are:

Enter the code displayed at the bottom of the page
Enter the code shown on the web page and not the one from this help guide
Click 'Register'
The system will confirm that your registration has been submitted
An email will be sent to the email address you entered
Go to your mailbox and open the email
Click on the 'Complete registration' link in the email to complete the registration process
The link will open in your web browser and show the 'invitation code' linked to the email you received
Click on the 'Register' button
Set your password that you will use to login to the portal
Note: Choose a password that meets the criteria shown on the page and enter it in both password fields. The system will verify that it meets the criteria and that both passwords are the same.
- At least 12 characters long
- At least (1) one lowercase character
- (1) One UPPERCASE character
- (1) One number
Enter it in both password fields
Note: The system will verify that it meets the criteria and that both passwords are the same
Click 'Register'
The Terms and Conditions of use of the system will be displayed
You must accept the terms and conditions before you can continue
Click the check box to confirm you have read and consent to the terms and conditions
Click 'Continue'
The registration process is now complete and you are logged into the Customer Portal
Note: You can tell you are logged if your name is shown on the top right-hand side of the page
Note: The page displayed is the 'Home Page' of the customer portal. Be sure to shortcut this page for future use
To log out, click on your name and a drop-down menu will be shown
Click 'Sign out'
Note: When the customer is required to log into portal again use shortcut link to home page and click 'Sign In' option ( NOT 'Register' option)
If customer clicks on 'Register' system will throw error because registration has already been completed
